This was an existing renovated French provincial style house. The work undertaken by Jansen Contractors involved redesigning the landscaping so better use could be made of the outdoor entertaining area. New decking was added that included an outdoor eating area complete with pizza oven and built in BBQ’s. A beautiful in ground pool with plentiful deck and fire pit area further enhanced the outdoor surrounds. As far as construction went with this project, a large double garage with workshop was built to replicate the French style of the existing outbuildings.

The Main Ridge project was a classic example of transformation. Utilising the expertise of Rohan Riley RRID and the incredible views on offer, the plain brown brick dwelling morphed in to a beautiful modern farm house. The existing house was reconfigured and totally renovated while a new wing complete with floor to ceiling glazing captured the Peninsula views. The use of timber and high quality finishes throughout took this project to the next level. A triple garage and farm style entry completed this gorgeous property.

Built from scratch, this wonderful family home epitomised the beach lifestyle that was on offer in this fabulous location. Again, the professional services of Rohan Riley (RRID) delivered on form and function with lots of space for entertaining and accommodating guests. The level of detail in this house was perfectly executed by the team with lots of timber panelling, decorative cornice and skirting details. The pool and outdoor deck area completed the “I’m on holiday everyday” appeal of this amazing house.

This new build was deceiving from its street view. It appeared to be a fairly modest weatherboard, but once inside, the house opened up to reveal a great family home. Executed beautifully, the spotted gum flooring and white timber panelling set the tone for a calm and welcoming holiday house. The outdoor entertaining area connected seamlessly to the house with year round functionality and the pool made for memorable summer gatherings.

This new build was testament to the dedication of the team to produce such a beautiful family home. Such is the level of detail; it is hard to believe this house is not an original Queenslander. This house is all about timber, from the weatherboards to the spotted gum decking and panelling throughout. Wide verandas ensure year-round entertaining with large communal areas impressing friends and family alike.
